Insurance

As a courtesy to our clients, we can bill most insurance companies for you. Insurance co-payments and deductible payments are expected at the time of service, but we are a preferred provider for many insurance companies and will gladly submit bills on your behalf. Please call us at 415.593.2532, or check with your insurance carrier to verify our participation in your program.

We are a Medicare Participating Provider.

Billing

We strongly suggest you verify insurance coverage before your first appointment. Below are links to a few insurance companies that will allow you to view your Physical Therapy benefits. Please register with them if you have not already.
